Dedication and Tree Planting.
Colleen joined as Stephen Harwood,
grandson of Commodore Henry Harwood did the honours of
dedicating Harwood Avenue.
Colleen attended the many ceremonies
and tree plantings, as well as the dedication of the obelisk at
the foot of Harwood, that occurred during the
|
veterans visit,
recognizing the 70th anniversary of the Battle of the River Plate.
Colleen represented the town at the
veterans reunion dinner, in honour of the 70th Anniversary of the
Battle of the River Plate.
